| August 14, 2015 |
- Order testing samples from PT Provider for all "Not Acceptable" analyte test results.

| August 28, 2015 |
- Complete and send the required corrective action letter to your Permittee ASAP.
|
| October 28, 2015 |
- Permittess must address any "Not Acceptable" data by submitting a completed and signed corrective action report to their state DMR-QA coordinator.
